telugu dictionary

cheppo(v) = speak
tesuko(v) = take/give depends upon the context
malli() = again
itra(v) =come here
kurcho(v) =sit
garu(n) = sir!

counting.........
okate = 1
rundu =2
mudu =3
nalgu =4
aidu =5

other points to remember
1. adding 'andi' as suffix to any verb makes it respectful
for e.g. kurcho-andi = baithiye
kurcho = sit(refer the meaning written above)
chepandi = cheppo+andi = boliye
similarly tesuko-andi

2. adding 'guda' to as suffix to word makes it the name of a place while adding 'vada'
makes it name of a food
"this is more of an analysis than a rule"
for e.g. mettu-guda is a place
while mettu-vada is a recipe
other examples are lingojiguda,habsiguda---places
daalvada, idlivada ---edibles

the only exception is vijayawada which has 'wada' as suffix but it is the name of a place
